Director of Performance
Ian is a 2006 graduate of Maple Grove Senior High where he was a three sport athlete (football, baseball, track). Ian continued his football and track careers at the University of St. Thomas and was a part of the football program's profound turnaround from a 2-8 sophomore season to an 11-2 senior season and their first playoff berth since 1990. Ian graduated in 2010 with a Marketing & Economics degree. After graduation, Ian continued his football career playing three years of amateur football for the Minnesota Sting. Ian finished his football career playing a one-game contract in the Indoor Football League (IFL). Outside of his amateur football career, Ian has worked various roles in corporate finance, operations and supply chain since graduation and has decided to change direction entirely. He plans to transition full-time into performance training and coaching high school football. He currently coaches the Shakopee High School Freshman Football team. AS a part of his transition he is currently completing his education to become a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is on pace for completion in Fall of 2016.
