Class Descriptions

Starters Performance classes are designed for athletes that are looking to take their athleticism, conditioning, strength, and performance to the next level.  Starters offers a variety of performance classes to athletes regardless of sport or season.


Starters Strength

Performance classes are available for those athletes that want to dedicate themselves to off season Performance training.  Players will receive an individual performance plan designed to fit their individual needs and abilities.  Players will be supervised at all times by a member of our performance staff to ensure proper technique and safety.

Starters Speed

EVERY athlete can benefit from being faster and more agile.  The focus of our Speed classes are to teach basic body body control, proper mechanics, and explosive movements to set the stage for future athletic success.  Classes are centered around agility, plyometrics, and technique.


SST Max is one factor that can determine an athlete's capacity to perform sustained exercise and is linked to endurance.  This measurement is generally considered the best indicator of an athlete's cardiovascular fitness and aerobic endurance.  We accomplish these goals with intense bursts of energy that challenge our athletes anaerobic limits that will help raise an athletes VO2 Max/Endurance.  Adding strength to the equation will help push our muscles to failure so that they will be ready to go late in the game.
