The High School In-Season Training program is designed to help athletes maintain peak performance throughout the season by balancing skill work and strength training. Players have a 2-hour window daily to focus on hitting or pitching development, refining mechanics, and improving consistency. Additionally, three separate lifting sessions are available to build strength, enhance mobility, and prevent injuries without compromising game performance. This program ensures athletes stay sharp, strong, and game-ready while managing the demands of the season.
